__Public Education_CHI maintains Public Education Outreach as part of it mission which is aimed at educating people about the needs of Afghans and others in the developing nations of the world. We are committed to increasing understanding and to promoting awareness and sensitivity to cultural differences in the world. CHI hosts educational forums and participates in conferences held by other organizations.
CHI staff members have been interviewed on the radio (including National Public Radio and Equal Access Radio), and by television and print media. We give presentations to small local groups in churches and community organizations, as well as to large groups, national, and international organizations.
